Have a real soft spot for this tune and the game actually. Everything about it was so original. Nice rendition.

To answer the question regarding the source code release. No. I was already half way through it when he released that. He told me to check the code because I was stuck on the final arp. But I don't know code whatsoever so I just listened to it to death on my phone until I figured it out.

Thanks for the love on this one peeps. It came about because DaemonPig, MG and myself were chatting about the weird way the triplet on the woodblock on the actual Sid plays incorrectly (it goes bloop a lot) He was adamant it shouldnt do that. And because we were showing off the SidEmu we thought it might be that because I've never paid attention to it. I ended up having to play the game and get 20,000 to get the high score up. Obviously he was correct. So then I went down the rabbit hole of trying to recreate it. I had it nearly doing the same thing at first and then I fixed it up and here we are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

was it because galway released his wizball source ? I'm not over qualified to comment vs a certain cosine musican , but it wouldn't have annoyed me overly.

I must admit, I still prefer the more laid back
Wizball (cover) by TDM (but I'm a 50 years old Music Assembler/Voice Tracker Fanboy, so what do I know)

Anyway, definetely very decent/accurate work here!
