1. Tickets will not be sold to any person under the legal age of 18. Should a winning ticket have the name of the minor, the winning ticket is void, the purchaser will receive a refund and we will re-draw for a winner. Must be located in Alberta to purchase tickets and are only available online, through the www.aarcs.ca website.
2. Draw will be executed on February 19, 2026 at the property of Alberta Animal Rescue Crew 5060-74 Avenue SE Calgary AB  T2C 3C9 at 1:30 pm.
3. The draw will be witnessed by two elected members and is open to the public.
4. AARCS Board members, Employees and members of their immediate family (spouse/partner at the same address) are not eligible to purchase tickets. 
5. The cash prize must be accepted as awarded.
6. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days of being drawn. If the winner cannot be reached, they will be notified by registered mail within 90 days of the winning ticket being drawn.
7. If the winner cannot be located within 90 days of the winning ticket being drawn, an application will be made to AGLC to have the prize awarded back to the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society.
8. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
9. The winner’s name and ticket number will be made available to the public no later than 48 hours after the final draw by website, social media, or upon request.
10. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither AARCS nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.
11. 705,200 raffle tickets are available. There will be one cash prize which will be 50% of total ticket sales. No minimum number of tickets are required to be sold. 
12. Cost of tickets are $10 each, four tickets for $25, twenty tickets for $50, and one hundred tickets for $100. Confirmation of ticket purchase and official tickets will be emailed to the purchaser.
13. Draw will be conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG System). Files are continuously backed up by Trellis Corporation. In the unexpected event of a power failure. In the event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.
