International Media Studies
The English-language IMS master's program is primarily aimed at international graduates with practical media experience. The four-semester master’s degree is a joint program from the University of Bonn, the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and DW Akademie.

Master francophone en journalisme international
The MFJI is a collaboration between the École Publique de Journalisme de Tours (EPJT), the University of Tours and DW Akademie. The program is aimed at media professionals from French-speaking countries in North and West Africa.
The full-time program is conducted consecutively at three locations over two years. The first two semesters take place at DW Akademie in Bonn. Students then spend the third and part of the fourth semester at the École Publique de Journalisme de Tours. The fourth semester concludes with a three-month internship in the student's home country, which can be completed with a DW Akademie project partner.
