ToR: Consultant (f/m/d) Organizational Development

Within the scope of the Kenya and Ethiopia Country Program DW Akademie intends to engage a 
consultant with a strong understanding of organizational development and legal requirements for registration of an organization in Kenya.

The Sikika project, implemented in Kakuma refugee camp and Kalobeyei integrated settlement 
in Kenya, aims to improve access to reliable information and foster community engagement 
through audio content and digital communication. Under the guidance of the Content Development Coordinator and the Community Engagement Officer 12 Community Reporters and 2 data 
clerks provide an information and communication platform for the camp, the settlement and 
the surrounding host community. The project aims to be its own organization to strengthen its 
sustainability. To determine the legal form of this organization and establish next steps DW 
Akademie is looking for a consultant to work together with the Sikika team.
