Am facing issue to login to the app, while the error message says to get newer version and i already have the latest one

The SFB App has generally worked well for our business. However, when placing a voice call the app is often unresponsive after connecting to the service and needs to be restarted often. If this issue is resolved I would have no hesitation in providing a 5-star review.
Upgraded version required
