Many chat has literally transformed our social media time. We’ve been able to set up incredible automations on Instagram to help push sales without having to continually check our messages every two minutes.The app is absolutely fantastic and super easy to use. Highly recommend.

Talk about self-help! The APP might be ok but I can’t find out as I can’t use it due to the total absence of Customer Support! I have multiple Instagram accounts and ManyChats synced to the main one, I.e. the first Instagram account/page I set up! I now can’t remove that from the system even though I followed the self-help advice (all one sentence of it) which is incorrect as it doesn’t do what it says it will!I tried to ask the community on ManyChats to find MANY people had the same problem but no one has ever answered them, so no solution there!!I’m about to launch my business and stuck with a system I can’t do anything with and no human interaction to be had on how to move forward. So I’m now reaching out in the review page- how do I remove the wrong account from my instagram account and sync it with the right one??? Please don’t tell me to search for it as the ‘suggestion’ on you site doesn’t work!If you’re going to create an APP for business then you must make it 100% easy, workable AND have a line for customer care. Very disappointed and stressed!

Be careful to learn the 24hr rule to avoid getting your Facebook page banned. Once I got this in my head I’ve used this chatbot to make thousands of pounds in sales

This isn’t really a review but more seeking help, when Manychat wants me to sign in with Facebook it come up asking “if I want to continue with this account” but the problem is that the Facebook account it displays isn’t my Facebook and there’s no options to change this, I’m logged into my account on my phone and no one has ever logged onto Facebook using my phone ether, it would be great if someone could contact me to sort this issue as it’s completely stopping me siting the app
