My money disappeared

I transferred USDT to this app. The blockchain confirmed the transfer was complete. But the app was still showing a zero balance. The customer agent kept saying is “you will be notified when it’s resolved”. The balance is supposed to reflect immediately. Up until now 8 hours later, they didn’t contact me back and I haven’t seen the money. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS APP!!! YOUR MONEY COULD DISAPPEAR.
