Claude has been proving to be a competitor to ChatGPT more than I’d have thought. Only thing I can say for now is that they need to address the user interface for better readability like ChatGPT. Something about the theme being used by Claude doesn’t make it visible to read clearly. Hopefully this is swiftly addressed.

Why on earth are my messages disappearing inside a chat??? Like why. I had a conversation about something earlier and it erases on its own. It will only show when I log out and login back. What the hell???Now I’ve accidentally typed new things without checking if my past messages disappeared, then when I noticed the glitch, it has saved already my new messages. Now even if I log out and login back, it doesn’t come back. What’s the meaning of this nonsense. And those things I discussed are very important. There’s no chance for me to get them back . What kind of Ai is this. If Claude you guys can’t get me back my messages, this will be a stain on your name. Cuz what’s wrong with your servers. Do you have an idea what this caused me?????Kindly get me back my messages.

This has been a really frustrating experience.The most ridiculous part is the token usage. It’s already expensive, but what’s worse is how unpredictable it is. A simple task can suddenly consume a huge chunk of your quota, and sometimes it even triggers limits multiple times in a row. You never really know what’s going on or how much you can still use.The limits are another big issue. You hit them way too quickly, even with a paid plan. It often feels like the system is designed to push you into upgrading rather than actually letting you use what you paid for.Stability is also a problem. Sometimes it performs well, but other times it suddenly feels much worse. The same type of task can give very inconsistent results, which makes it hard to rely on—especially for coding.Overall, it just feels like:expensive, restrictive, unstable, and not transparent.It’s not just one issue—it’s the whole experience that makes it hard to trust. Fine for casual use maybe, but if you actually depend on it, it quickly becomes frustrating.

Claude is an impressive AI to be honest, he accurately extract the right contents from the uploaded documents without having to tell him to. He’s able to conduct competitive analyses, without telling him to search. He basically know what he should do. But recently it’s been acting up. When I send a message I get no reply, and try again and again and got nothing. I restarted and updated the app and it’s still the same thing. Please fix this issue.
