求助：佛州租客绕过Zillow只付$1770，还解绑Zelle，不补齐怎么办？退不回去会影响eviction吗？

我在佛州，租客原本都通过 Zillow 准时支付 $2400 房租。但这个月她在5月22日突然改用 Zelle 只转了 $1770，还把 Zelle 和手机号解绑，导致我现在退也退不回去。

 

合同规定付款方式是 Zillow，付款截止是5月26日。如果她不补齐剩下的房租，我该怎么办？我能不能启动 eviction？但这笔$1770退不回去，会不会被法院认定为我“接受了部分付款”，从而影响驱逐程序？

 

第一次遇到这种情况，完全不知道该怎么处理。佛州的房东们有没有经验可以分享一下佛州 eviction 怎么操作？十分谢谢！
