I got a bunch of stuff I’m working on but none of my yappage fits the limited characters given to me by the bluest skies. So I’m gonna use this site for what it’s meant to do! ‘Blogging’.

It’s been four weeks since my last one. so its time to do another

Project update!

1. GRIZZLY NI OSOWARETARA animation meme ft. Ace & Lyst Solais. is 50 percent of the way done. I am no longer afflicted with a cold. I’ve drafted a rough timing of Lyst’s side of the run animation. Ill talk about that one next time.
2. Commissions! two are done. Check my Trello for progress.
3. I published a GEIST squad fic set in Skypoint. :] You should read it. It’s only 2.4k words

Games in Rotation

1. Monster Hunter Rise. I’m on the Sunbreak expansion now! and as like a sidequest, I just beat Apex Rathian solo! Yay!! with the amount of times i actually parried / countered with intention, i do feel like im an improved hunter.

Movies Watched

1. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I didn’t really feel like watching anything new. and i love this movie so i rewatched it.

Books

1. The Animator’s Survival Kit by Richard Williams. Its a good read. It rewires my brain and gets me into that headspace. Especially for timing the walk scenes. The book’s got really good material. I think every aspiring animator should read it at least once.

Project update!

1. GRIZZLY NI OSOWARETARA animation meme ft. Ace & Lyst Solais. is 25 percent of the way done. I got sick but do not think that’s what stopped me. Because me overworking myself to color the frames is the one that did.
   Sidebar. I did the run cycle on CSP Pro. Not EX. Look up what that means. That’s right. I’m a maniac.
2. Commissions are being worked on. I took a break for a few days coz I got a cold from my sibling. Progress is steady. Check my trello. I update it consistently and the instant I turn up with any progress.

Games in Rotation

1. Monster Hunter Rise replaced FFXIV in my rotation because my awesome friend Swampmist informed me that MHR does not need a subscription. I was like “Oh my god, word?”
   Started 4 weeks ago. I’ve never drawn monsters before in my life. But this game is making me seriously want to learn to do that.

Movies watched

1. Knives Out 2, then Knives out 3, then the original Knives Out. Don’t ask me why I watched it out of order. It’s a long and funny story. Just know I appreciate all three of them. Excellent movies. I will want to do storyboard studies of them.

Books

1. The Penguin Guide to Punctuation. I felt that I needed to revisit the basics again. Hopefully by the time I’m done reading, I will have the courage to edit that Geist Squad fic to be suitable for publishing already.
