So... 2025. Honestly, it's been a year. At first, it was great. Then, it was absolute shit, and then it was okey! Although to be fair, there's been more goods, for first instance, i met even more cool people around here and Twitter (Hey, um, soo... I should finally pack up my belongings and leave that place? Considering the Edit button thing...), my artstyle finally got an MASSIVE overhaul that i'm proud of, and finally learning a little bit of animation via sprites!... And getting finally something out of commisions!

So i said myself, why not? Inspired by @Vinity and @omnioct, i decided to do this thing of Recap of the year... I dunno if i'll do one of these again, but yeah, time to have a summary of... Thingssssssss

January

This month was neat, simple but great, i got a fanart from @PachkaNG, and i continued the May and friends drawings (A compilation of May alongside other people OCs, the first one being one with one of Thetageist many OCs... It suck that at that time i didn't knew how to put credits to other people...), i joined a collab... Sprite day... Not many stuff.

February

I think nothing big happened to me in February, just an idea of a compilation of couples, where May and John were supposed to be, but only managed to do sum kewl Sharpshooter drawing with a little hint of something that might happen for a secret "Work on that one later" proyect... Yeah, i feel that i should do more Pico drawings with my artstyle, although trying to get an proper style for that game is hard...

March

That was the time when i had more questions and doubts about my designs... But it didn't went far, i think i played around some ideas but yeah... Looking back they NOT fit at all... Plus May design was already perfect! What it needed was an different type of change... But before that... The Tarot card collab... And Rebeca's house!

April

NOW THIS IS THE HOT STUFF! This is when i finally got going! It all went with a chat and a suggestion made by @4L3X285 during the times i had these scrapped scrapped redesigns, and kinda fucking around in a One day only class about animation... Yeah, April was REALLY a good month!

May

Unfortunely, this is when everything went downhill... Well, it was mostly at late May, but yeah, it all started with a question in the Art Forum, and the scrapped redesign things lead to some hypoteticals... And then existencial dread, i think some of them that i talk the most know what i'm talking about but ireally, really don't wanna talk about it, specially since i finally got over that for good... But yeah, it was somewhat the calm before the storm.

Good things is that i made another May and friends drawing!

June

THE WORST MONTH I HAD IN MY LIFE. No, seriously, it was HORRIBLE, not only adding the thing on late May, but also my family being an ass, too much Homework, no fun in anything, believe it or not, i was considering it, i was considering ending it at all. Imagine feeling like shit during the month of your birthday, heck, my birthday was boring, just go shopping in a fucking Chinese mall, an actual neat movie (Sucks ass that Pixar's Elio bombed, it was cute), and everyone else ate anything they wanted, not even the Pizza felt good.

Although yeah, there was some drawings done.

July

ARTFIGHT WAS A LIFE SAVER, no, really, i dunno how or why, but yeah! Artfight helped me clear my mind! Just needed to focus on other important things, also, i decided to get a little bit risky. Putting OCs that are exclusive to October/November 2th into the main thing... And what do you know! People LOVED it! (Specially @BargonSpaceman, i think, idk lol)

Things were good, still feeling like ass, but good nontheless!

I went to a little One day only writting class, and man, now that felt liberating. Too bad i somewhat had remains of the things of June, so writting anything Mechatropic was out of the picture, although other cool things happened, specially the time i met @RedWonder8! We haven't fully talked, but yeah! It's a nice guy all around!

October

Now this is interesting, you see, in the middle of August in my University they put me the Homework to make a videogame, since i got RPG Maker and last year i did a little bit of development on a side proyect, i decided to resume development! And then after the Homework was done, i decided to work even more on the Early Test Build of Alice's Melancholy (Or what's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?), alongside working on the artstyle of that one! Which a few of that showed up in this year Artfight. Honestly, working with Alice felt liberating (Despite, you know, it's the OC where i throw shit at her 24/7 and it's miserable lmao), maybe what's i needed, a time thinking in another OCs and world. The story and gameplay is far from done (It was an Early Test Build, after all!), and looking at some guys reactions, something happened that it cannot load except in my PC. Weird.

Well, other thing clear: I NEED TO SWITCH TO VX, I TRIED TO SEARCH FOR ANYTHING FOR XP BUT IT'S RARE, HELLA RARE. (Plus i think VX would be the better pick, considering a lot of Tutorials and many of the cool RPG Maker games were made with VX so yeah lol)

November

After watching another movie before it was removed (I was busy with Homework and other stuff!), i finally got better with everything! Things were going smoothly, but simple, just another Art Trade and trying to compensate things with showing the many drawings i did on Twitter, but yeah!

December!

It was a busy month, too busy. First i was dealing with that 300 fans QnA (I htink nobody wants to anwser it anymore, but i still have someone missing... Damn...), then busy with other things in school and home, and man, i almost missed Secret Santa! But i managed to get through... And managed to create one of my best works so far! Oh yeah! Another May and friends drawing!

And that would be for all this year! Pretty sick! Now, into another section i love to name...

The first fanarts i got this year was from @PachkaNG! And a double threat! One of May and Mumble, and another from Prototype!

Honestly that one of May is one of my favorites fanarts i've ever got! Like, MAN, the texture of her hoodie vest thingy MAN IT'S SO GOOD, Pachka, my MAN, ERES LA ONDA. Apapachitos!

The other first ones were made by TheTwin Masks, and it's funny and cute, at first they wanted to make a redraw of one of my 2024 art, but didn't pulled through, but after talking a little bit, decided to do another one based on... Sonic Classic Era title screens just because lmao, still it's neat.

@YulinHeater deserves a mention! Cuz' man, his art rocks! He even decides to include a little Easter Egg of my bois on his MOD! So cool man...

Another fanart was from the one and only @TheShokBlok! I honestly love his gimmicks he makes for these "Draw your OC", are funny and unexpected. Also yeah, it seems John pigtails seem bigger... Which, yeah, i might draw them quite large, but yeah, funny things, i love Shok art, and MAN i still love that art of May he did a long time ago, i feel that he really nails the feel of May and Mumble and friends at his core.

Funny enough, i think @DTEEDraws got confused and made May's hoodie into a scarf... Yeah, funny enough i've seen many people get confused at some references! Like man, can you imagine they got Rebeca pants color wrong TWICE? Yeah, can't blame Yulin and Vinity, the blue shading thingy can be tricky, good thing that didn't happened with John!
