Dear Maintainer,

After rebooting my system, I keep getting jumpscared by 100% volume blasts
because my sound settings are not respected until manually adjusted.
Muting does not help, as the mute is ignored.

Not a bug with GNOME sound settings, as this also happens on sway.

I checked the Pipewire gitlab and did not find any open or closed issues related to this.

Here is a video I recorded of the problem: https://drive.proton.me/urls/6R8ENRMPQM#0ayOrcQOTpOY

That is the job of wireplumber, so I guess it's a bug on its side.

Best regards,
Dylan
