Subject: openssl: should include nice key generation utility from RedHat

[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Package: openssl
Version: 0.9.7b-1
Severity: wishlist

Included with the RedHat version of openssl is a makefile called,

/usr/share/ssl/certs/Makefile

(Debian's equivilant directory seems to be /usr/lib/ssl/certs/ FHS
interpretation issue?)

This makefile is a nice utility to help users generate key pairs, CSRs, certs,
etc. I've attached a version to this message but you might want to check the
latest RedHat package for the newest version. For a usage statement run "make
usage".

I would like to see this included in the Debian package(and preferrably in the
upstream source).

Thanks,
