Laboratory Manager

As a Laboratory Manager, you will ensure control of laboratory processes through management of technicians, guaranteeing compliance in additions, inventories, and consumptions, and the attention and follow-up of failures and the correct execution of weekend maintenance activities. You will be located at our Querétaro Plant, and report directly to our Quality Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the operational process to ensure execution.

• Comply with EHS guidelines and established programs.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements according to IATF standards.

• Achieve internal goals related to efficient material usage, cost reduction, and responsible water usage.

• Verify that the production line operates

• Follow up and ensure resolution of incidents reported by the Production or Quality areas.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Industrial Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Coat processes.

• Knowledge:

  • E-Coat processes.

  • Material and substrate pretreatment (preferably in phosphating, degreasers, and conditioners).

  • Intermediate level of English.
