Role. We are seeking motivated Software Engineers who are eager to start their careers and dive into our Regrello platform. In this role, you will begin by learning our codebase through hands-on experience with real-world customer tests and support activities. You will work closely with our customer-facing team to address immediate needs and resolve issues. This role provides a unique opportunity to start your journey in software development while contributing to impactful projects. As you gain experience and understanding, you will have the chance to transition into full-feature development and take on greater responsibilities.

Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field from a top technical school.
- Less than 2 years of experience as a software engineer
- Proficiency in either frontend or backend technologies with a willingness to work across the full stack (experience with Go/GraphQL/React/TypeScript is advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex software projects (personal, professional, or academic).
- Strong written and verbal english communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A keen desire to learn, grow and tackle real global challenges and to support your team in doing the same.
