#ProjectMilestone: PCL is proud to announce the Phase 1 completion of the 82,000 square foot terminal expansion at Kelowna International Airport - YLW in British Columbia. Completed two months ahead of schedule, this project features a hybrid mass timber and steel structure, supported by a new geothermal field that enhances energy efficient airport operations. Expanded passenger screening, concourse and hold room areas were delivered while maintaining full airport operations, reflecting careful planning within a secure aviation environment. This milestone was achieved in collaboration with the City of Kelowna, the office of mcfarlane biggar architects + designers (omb) and our dedicated trade partners. Together, this project supports long term growth for travelers and businesses across the Okanagan region.

#ProjectMilestone: PCL, in joint venture with Webcor, is proud to help reimagine the Los Angeles Convention Center expansion and modernization following its recent groundbreaking. This project links the South and West Halls over Pico Boulevard to create 750,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, supported by a new rooftop ballroom that will transform the LACC into a global convention destination. With design leadership from Populous and partnership from city developer Plenary Americas, this expansion will create more than 15,000 jobs and reach substantial completion by spring 2028 that builds on a legacy of high profile venues in Downtown LA.
