Change of design is creating BUG-experience (Export data option is disabled when exploring data models with a blank report)

Export data option is disabled when exploring data models with a blank report and forces you to save the report before we can export the data, which has not been the case before

This “changing in the design” is creating confusion for our end users, since it has work well before.

1. You still se the option “Export data” in the “more options”-menu but now you suddenly can´t use it & the experience for user is that it´s a bug.
2. We regularly get internal support tickets about it
3. Over time it´s quite time consuming for the user having to save AD Hoc reports all time and it is a platform order/structure/storage issue as users have to save AD Hoc reports that was not meant to save. As a company admin I need to spend more time cleaning up Work Spaces
