Alternative for Max line in the Analytics pane

Issue Description:
When adding a Max line in the Analytics pane for the Line chart, the Max line does not disappear when measure returns BLANK.   

  

Environment: 

Power BI Desktop Version: 2.85.963.0 64-bit (September 2020)  

   

Repro Steps: 

  

Sample data:

Add a Line chart and a Slicer

Change the selected range in the slicer, the Max Line is still exist.

Workaround:

Instead of using Max line in the Analytics pane, drag measure below to plot it.

MAXX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[Column1] ), [Measure] )
