I think crowbarring a demo into a test card (or should that be a test card into a demo...?) is a really fun idea and you've executed it very nicely indeed!

@Visage: Great! That was the goal and main purpose with this! :)

@raistlin @bacchus: i think the root cause for all this is that i have made a helluva lot more g*p demos in the last few years than raistlin has. and i think the only solution to this is that you need to start releasing massive demos again raistlin!

@wrestling :
Bar to join GP is set to "alive, at least barely". We passed that stage i 1987. April. When we were founded. :P

Nice test patterns :)

I am missing one particular one though - a screen that demonstrates the difference between setups that have one (U only, like 1084) and two (U and V, like anything modern) delay lines.

Fantastic! I think that -surely- Trident's proven that he's met the bar to join G*P now. Let's send the invite - but don't tell Bacchus.

This is really a great stuff! I wanted to create something similar, primarily to calibrate party system C64s for the projector. And you, friends, you did it! Your "tool" will be definitely used! Thanks!

This is what we across the border would call "ainnjsles"...a proper useful tool in a demo wrapping? Quite remarkable and super cool.

I really like how you combined a smoothly flowing demo and a utility program into one! The demo-like parts can even be skipped by pressing space if only 'testbilds' are needed.
