If after submitting a District Benchmark Results and Compliance Report to the District, a building owner receives new or updated information that would require an update to a building’s benchmark report, then the building owner shall, within thirty (30) days of receiving the new information, enter the additional or corrected data into Portfolio Manager and authorize the transfer to the District of an updated District Benchmark Results and Compliance Report, and shall notify DOEE accordingly. (§ 3513.9)
All updates to reports already evaluated for Compliance by DOEE must be verified with supplementary documents. DOEE will not automatically update data unless informed, and will not accept updates without the proper verification. Approved updates will be reflected on DOEE’s disclosure database within a week.
