DithArt's Town Tileset is part of my Urban Series—a downloadable clear and crisp pixel art pack for top-down roguelike or RPG games.
- Format: 32×32 tileset in PNG
- Contents: 3 PNGs. One PNG features ground textures, another includes textures for houses, while the third comprises objects.
- Documentation: Annotated sprite sheets with recommended uses
- Tiled: One example file in Tiled format
This tileset is compatible with the Dithart's Post-Apocalyptic Tileset and by simply switching texture, your town gets post-apocalyptical look.
You may use and modify this asset in commercial projects. Credit is appreciated.

I really love it but what are the terms for editing this for our own use?
I am drawing pixel characters for a where's waldo like thing but they're a bit bigger than dimensions this has so I would probably have to rework a few things like size, doors, windows and stuff to match my style. It would only be for my project

I mentioned that in license file. You can edit files of course, but you can't resell modifier files, nor you can claim modified files as your own. If shipped with a game it should be encoded/packed so the resource is not easily unpackable. You can't put it in public git repository, and such...
