Introduction
This extension adds the ability for a host to invite another host(s) by email to a specific session(s).
Set up the extension
Install the extension by navigating to the Administration > Extensions page. Click Browse Extension Marketplace, search for the Invite Host to Session extension. Click Install.

Add an email address to the extension
1. Open the settings dialog for the Invite Host to Session extension
From the Extensions page, click the Options menu for the Invite Host to Session extension. Select Edit Settings to open the Edit Extension Settings dialog.

2. Add an email address to the extension settings
Enter a email address in the Email# field. You can enter up to 6 email addresses.

3. Save your settings
Click Save Settings to save your changes.
Using the extension
Invite a Host to a Session
1. Select your session(s)
Select a single or multiple sessions.
2. Invite a Host
Click the More icon and select Invite Host.

Or, you can right-click on a machine and select Invite Host from the menu.

3. Send an email
Enter an email, or select an email from the drop-down menu.

Click the Send button. Once the email is sent, a notification will appear indicating the invitation email was sent.

4. Click Done
Once you are done inviting host(s), click Done.
Note: Multiple hosts can be invited to join a session.
