chore(deps): bump tar and @lucid-evolution/lucid in /examples/gift_card

Removes [tar](https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@lucid-evolution/lucid](https://github.com/Anastasia-Labs/lucid-evolution/tree/HEAD/packages/lucid). These dependencies need to be updated together.
