2 issues - duckduckgo rate limits, and permission denied on model folders #53

Currently testing out packaging and getting a permission denied error on a specific model folder that exists for Janus-Pro. Not exactly sure why at this point as the path exists. I moved it temporary out of the model folder to get past it. Maybe adding error handling here to skip it would be good.

Second I'm getting hit with rate limit errors from the search engine being used as the back end (duckduckgo). They have currently blocked my IP for more than 10 minutes. It's my default search engine so that's rather annoying. Not cool.

The code in model_helper.py needs to include some amount of time.sleep of a couple seconds to not get hit with rate limits and be blocked from duckduckgo.
