Bug: mobile app option is missing when browser extension is installed

Describe the bug

When the chrome browser extension is installed, the 'mobile app' option is missing when connecting with the 'smart wallet' option

Steps

1. ensure you have the coinbase wallet extension installed
2. connect in the dapp using the coinbase sdk
3. it will open the browser extension, and ask to connect
4. choose the smart wallet option
5. it will open the sdk connection modal
6. proceed with the connect wallet option
7. it will show only the passkey option, the mobile app option is missing

Expected behavior

the mobile app option should be available (like when the extension is not installed)
