Can i use bash and kitty as default.

Basically I use bash and kitty terminal. When i tried to change the shell back to bash from fish the whole rice got broken and when i restarted it has no keybinds and got the default wallpaper

You must've done something else wrong
Changing the shell used in the terminal breaking keybinds does not make sense

I reinstalled the arch and tried it again and now its not changing. Can u tell me how to change the shell and the terminal.

nvm, I changed the shell to bash but i still can't figure out how to change the default terminal to kitty,
Also tell me how to change the look of the terminal if u can...

There is no "default terminal" afaik. If you mean the one poping up when you press the keybind, just modify the keybind config of Hyprland.
