Realearn menu button unresponsive

The highlighted menu button and associated right-click context menu respond to first click, then not at all until reaper is restarted.

Removing the preset folders in 'main' solves the problem, restoring brings problem back. So probably something to do with that.

Was working fine, done about 300 mappings without issue
