[Feature Request]: 订阅的外语影视片通常还在没有字幕的时候就下载完了，导致还需要手动下载字幕

通常订阅的外语片，pt站有资源会第一时间上架，但此时往往对应的字幕还没有上架，MP也在第一时间跟进了下载，而且进行了整理，进到emby等播放器里了，这就导致播放器里没有对应的字幕，且emby识别的名字是已经整理过的，通常也匹配不到相应的字幕，这就需要再找到初始下载视频文件名字，去相应网站找字幕，
建议增加一个功能或者选项，在订阅的外语片里，有字幕了再下载，这样就解决了上面的问题，缺点就是慢点，但这通常不会等太久，比起手动去找字幕，这样更能接受，
ps：有可能已经有这样的功能了，只不过我还不会，麻烦不吝赐教

只是这样的话你在订阅规则配置排除掉无字幕就好了，
