[BUG] SmoothCSV closes without error message when trying to load a large file

Description

I am trying to open a 4.33 GB csv, but after a few seconds, SmoothCSV closes without an error message. I tried again by generating a random CSV file of the same size, and I had the same problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a 5 GB CSV file.
2. File > Open...

• OS: Windows 11
• SmoothCSV Version: 3.7.0
• RAM : 64 GB

I haven't tested with files over 1GB.
I'd like to support large files in the future, but for now I'll fix the silent crash.

when I try to open a big csv file (about 1.8 Gb with 170 columns 2M of lines) the program doesn't close before displaying the table with no message of error. its the Windows version
