Add Minimize Button to Activity Pop-Up in Leads

Issue Description

Currently, when creating or managing activities in the Leads section, the activity pop-up box occupies a significant portion of the screen. This can obstruct the view of other elements or details on the page. To enhance usability, a minimize button should be added to the activity pop-up box, allowing users to collapse it while performing other tasks.

Proposed Solution

1. Minimize Button: Add a small minimize icon (e.g., a dash or arrow) on the top-right corner of the activity pop-up box.
2. Collapsed State: When minimized, the pop-up box should shrink to a smaller tab or icon at the bottom or side of the screen.
3. Restore Functionality: Users should be able to click on the minimized tab/icon to restore the pop-up to its original size.
4. State Retention: Ensure that data entered in the pop-up is retained when minimized and restored.

Acceptance Criteria

1. A minimize button is available on the activity pop-up box in the Leads section.
2. Minimizing the pop-up collapses it into a smaller tab or icon without losing entered data.
3. Restoring the pop-up reverts it to its original size with all data intact.
4. The UI remains responsive and user-friendly during the minimize and restore actions.
