How to re-render the wheel picker

I have multiple pickers whose data depends on the other pickers. So when I select a value on one, the next one should show data dependent on what was selected in the first one. It does this but it won't show the new data in the picker unless i click on the new wheel. How do I get it to update every onValueChange?
