Mermaid diagram not showing properly in light mode

The latest blog added mermaid diagrams to the site. but the styling needs to be altered as the diagram colours are not working in light mode - all ok in dark mode

Replaced mermaid diagram with pre-rendered images in blog post (commit f5f281b) until the styles are updated to allow the mermaid to correctly show in both light and dark modes
