Hi, excellent work with khal 👍

I was wondering if it is possible to define the timezone on the new event "form" from within khal. I believe you can specify the timezone when doing khal new but it could be a great addition to be able to select the timezone from the interactive khal.

Thanks and sorry if this request has already been addressed, I searched but was not able to find it.

No it hasn't been addressed yet, this is coming, the only question is when. There is some code in a branch somewhere, it needs to be tested rigorously though.

Looking forward to it (one detail that I haven't seen in most calendar clients: the ability to define the timezone for the start date and for the end date individually). For example, flights from a country to the other, it can become very confusing otherwise.

I understand there are other priorities probably and my python knowledge is close to zero unfortunately.

I'm also missing this feature. In a remote and distributed team, we often schedule events based on UTC so no hell break loose multiple times a year when different countries start/stop DST on different dates...

I would also love to see this, mainly for flights! Absolutely adore khal, fantastic tool.
