ElementProxy is missing in the docs

The ElementProxy class does have a doc string but is missing in the API documentation.

Hmm, yes, so it is. I assume I did that because it's subclassed by so many objects and its couple of methods should show through on them. What was interesting about it from your perspective? Like why did you want to know more about it? It's strictly a base class.

I'm happy to consider giving it a more prominent position, but it's not really intended to be used directly, so I expect that's the main reason I didn't include it directly. In fact I expect I had to explicitly exclude it.
