[Feature Request] Tap-hold configuration for tap dance

Description

Tap-hold configuration like:

#define CHORDAL_HOLD
#define PERMISSIVE_HOLD

Currently does not apply to tap dance. So if you're using tap dance to simulate LT or MT behavior, it will not perform as well as the native counterparts.

It would be nice if there's a way to make this work.
