Feature: minisearch 7.x Support

Issue
Under the current version of @react-sigma/graph-search (5.0.2) the dependency minisearch@"^6.3.0 is required which is outdated (Nov 23)

Possible Solution
Migrate to current 7.x minisearch version

Additional context
See the most recent minisearch versions:

Et voilà! a new release of graph-search has been published on NPM the v5.0.3.
