hdWGCNA on "Spatial" or "SCT" assay #401

Hi there,
I´m performing hdWGCNA on Visium10x ST data. Reading the tutorials, seems the most adequate assay to perform hdWGCNA is the "Spatial", not the SCT normalized data, right?
