`FormatDisable` / `FormatEnable` function name suggestions clash with lsp-format plugin

Hi,

I realize that this plugin suggests to provide function names that are also provided out of the box by lsp-format. I believe this might be problematic if one uses both plugins and follows the suggestion (see also here).

I guess nothing is wrong here but the overall situation might be improved for end-users.

Conform puts nothing in the global namespace by default and defines no commands precisely so that there are no conflicts or unexpected behavior. The recipes are recipes and not built-in because they are intended to be copied and modified to fit your use case. If you're running two conflicting formatting plugins, it's kind of on you to figure out how to make them work together, because that is certainly a situation that neither one of us has designed for.
