Migrate to `@svengreb/remark-preset-lint` npm package

The currently used @arcticicestudio/remark-preset-lint package has been deprecated during the svengreb GitHub account and @svengreb npm package scope migration and replaced by the new @svengreb/remark-preset-lint package.
