Members Project
On the Members Project screen, you can view information related to billing to customers.
Members Project List
Section titled “Members Project List”Displays a list of projects associated with the organization to which the customer belongs.
- Project name
- Contract (Plan)
- Payment method
- Service level
- Currency code
By clicking on the project name link, you will be taken to the Members Project Details screen.
To create a new Members project, select “Project Application”, and when you select the application for each payment method from the dropdown, you will be taken to the application screen.
CSV Export
Section titled “CSV Export”By clicking the “CSV Export” button, you can output and download projects information in CSV format. The data also includes the following information, so please use it for inventory of personnel in charge and registered content.
- Invoice delivery email addresses
Members Project Details
Section titled “Members Project Details”On the Members Project Details screen, you can check and change the usage fee summary of AWS accounts in the project, the list of AWS accounts, and various information.
Also, to issue a new AWS account to the target Members project, transfer it, or change the name, select “Account Application”, and you will be taken to each application screen from the dropdown.
To issue a new AWS Organizations management account to a Members project with an organization management plan or to transfer it, select “Management Account Application”, and you will be taken to each application screen from the dropdown.
Project Summary
Section titled “Project Summary”In the Project Summary, you can check the usage fees for each account monthly.
AWS Account List
Section titled “AWS Account List”You can check the list of AWS accounts associated with the Members project.
Transfer to Another Project
Section titled “Transfer to Another Project”If you want to move an AWS account within a project to another project within the same organization, select the target AWS account and choose “Transfer to Another Project” to go to the application screen.
Invoice Delivery Email
Section titled “Invoice Delivery Email”Notifications regarding usage charges will be sent by email. By clicking the “Edit” button, you can change the email address to which the invoice is sent. There are two types of fields for setting the invoice recipient.
- Invoice Recipient TO (at least one required)
- Invoice Recipient CC (0 to 6)
By clicking the “Send Test Email” button, a test email is sent. Please confirm that the email address you are trying to set is correct.
Mailing Option
Section titled “Mailing Option”Displays the setting information regarding the mailing of invoices for Classmethod Members usage. Also, by clicking the “Edit” button, you can change the setting information and enable/disable the option.
Voucher
Section titled “Voucher”The balance (estimated) and expiration date of the purchased voucher will be displayed. You can also click the “Edit” button to enable or disable alert notifications and change configuration information.
Clicking the “Pin to Home Screen” button allows you to pin the balance and expiration date information of the voucher to the Home Screen. This enables you to quickly check the status of vouchers of interest immediately after logging in.
You can check it by adding the “Members Voucher Balance” widget on the Home Screen.
You can pin up to one project each to the Home Screen. Also, if other vouchers are already pinned, the existing pin information will be overwritten, so please be careful.
