With the power of Frappe Framework, our community is steadily gearing up to meet international standards like PEPPOL. Along with Belgium mandating PEPPOL e-invoicing from January 2026, the demand for PEPPOL is expanding across and beyond Europe. The good news is that ERPNext is prepared for these evolving regulations. With ERPNext, you can now generate, import, send and receive, PEPPOL compliant e-invoices and other electronic documents. 🔊 Announcing additions to two new ERPNext compliance apps on the FrappeCloud marketplace. E-Document and Peppol integration 🌐. Peppol is an international network that provides a standardised framework for the easy exchange of electronic procurement documents, such as e-invoices, orders, and shipping notices, with any other registered participant through a single connection. This integration is used explicitly in the European region 🇪🇺. Credits to Preetam Biswal, and team Prilk Consulting for the contribution. Bangladesh e-invoicing integration, which handles Mushak challans, VDS, and treasury deposits for efficient business operations. Credits to Aubdulla Al Munim, Invento and team for the contribution 🇧🇩. Kudos to the Frappeverse, which has already contributed compliance for 20+ countries. I still see it as a humble beginning. Frappe Local Jaipur was special. Not because of the presentations (though those were great too). But because of the genuine curiosity in the room. Developers wanting to understand ERPNext. Tally, Sap and Microsoft Dynamics partners exploring open source ERP as their next offering. The highlight for me? Hearing customers speak. Fabriclore's story from Anupam D Arya and Modern Marwar’s SAP to ERPNext journey from Harendra Singh — both spoke with such passion.
