Here’s how a leading network communications provider transformed regulatory-grade service address validation and order processing using GenAI-powered automation.   This edition continues our weekly dive into real-world enterprise AI problem statements drawn from the 100+ AI programs Prodapt delivers globally.   𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭𝐲: Fragmented, country-specific address databases and frequent mismatches between service address repositories and E911 systems led to repeated order failures, manual rework, and delayed activations. Agents were stuck validating addresses across multiple systems, with limited real-time visibility, which drove higher operational costs, workforce strain, and inconsistent customer experiences.   𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡: Prodapt engineered an AI-driven regulatory-grade service address validation and order orchestration solution. GenAI models cross-referenced order entry system data with Bing Address APIs to automate validation at scale, while LLMs generated and verified multiple address suggestions against E911 standards to ensure accuracy. An auto-allocation agent interface enabled agents to track, validate, and resolve orders efficiently, supported by a unified order lifecycle system and real-time error-resolution queues, eliminating blind spots from order creation to fulfilment.   𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: Delivered a 90% reduction in address validation errors, while cutting order processing time by 50% through real-time validation and auto-allocation. This led to a 30% boost in agent productivity with reduced FTE dependency.
