As a huge fan of hotline miami the visual has hooked me immediatly. The twist was really nice and the music was great. good work!
Thanks for catching the reference! In the meeting we were discussing about that hotline miami style and definitely that worked out ;D
Oh boy, this was interesting! When I first played it, I didn’t think it would be this good, but it took an amazing turn, and I really liked the music. I think you should lower down player speed a little bit
I really really appreciate this feedback, thanks a lot. Yes! we are going to improve the game after the Jam and the tempo of the game is one of the things we gotta keep in mind :)
Cool game! I got to about day 16, was there more lore that I missed after that?
If you beat the last monster and came back to the start you finished!
Ty for playing
I liked the ambiance, great job!
Thanks! I think the music, art and close camera adds a lot to the game :)
I really enjoyed the visual style, and the music was amazing! I loved the more philosophical and emotional tone at the start. The switch to an action game was unexpected, but it quickly became an engaging 'beat my previous score' type of game, which was a lot of fun!
Thank's for the kind words! The artist and composer are amazing :D
I wonder If you achieved a "no-hit" run. (I tried while testing but im so bad)
Love the game visually, and the vibe is awesome! Didn't really know where it was heading, so I enjoyed it the change of pace from the first few nights. Good job!
Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you like the art, especially coming from you (I really liked Mineloop's art). The change of tone in my was a bit risky but I think it turned out well.
Amazing game. Very unique interpretation and I truly didn't expect where it ended going. Great job, it really made me feel emotions which is impressive given the format we're working with here.
Having someone tell me that they felt emotions with my game is the best compliment I can get, thank you very much. It's reciprocal, your game, as simple as it is, I really liked it (I'm not going to lie, I went back to play another couple of minutes after the review).
Really interesting! Love the mood and the idea you wanted to convey
Thank's for the feedback! The artist made a really good job with the color palette :D
Your game is really interesting, it was truly a fun experience. Really loved the whole vibe, visuals and sounds match well !
Awesome work
Ty so much for you comment! This is what we do it for. Send a message and entertain people. Im glad you liked the game ^^
A good concept to play with for this jam's theme. A few bugs, but overall it was really enjoyable. Also amazing soundtrack.
My kudos to you!
Hello! Yes, we invest some time looking for a creative way to implement the theme of the jam. And yes, time was short and got some bugs that will be fixed after the Jam's end ;)
I'm glad to see original ways of implementing the theme, though it feels a bit strange that it turns into an action game halfway through the gameplay—I was expecting something more philosophical.
Great job! 😊
Thank's for the comment! Yes, I would love to make some kind of mechanic transition into the action but lime was low... At first I thought about making the game more like an experience but we decided in the brainstorming to add some action representing the character losing her mind over the job.
Love the theme of the game. Nice artwork and story. Great job!
Thank's for the kind words :D Not so bad for my first GameJam tbh
