Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarize your game!
Move around and try to squash the recursives that litter each level. Use space to pick up items to help. The story is there to be seen, but can be skipped with shift+space. levels are randomly generated, so if one is too difficult use escape to open the menu and regenerate it.

Please explain how your game fits the theme.
Only one player can remain, each time you die, your echo remains, following the steps you took last. It will help, but you must also destroy it (or yourself) so that only one remains. Additionally, you seek to clear away the excess recursive minds that clog and divide the network, making room for one intelligence to rise as a singularity.

Jam Judge

After reviewing your game, we have decided to disqualify your game on the grounds of breaking the spirit of the jam. You were given two weeks to make a game for our jam, and given that you submitted to both PSGJ and GMTK jam, you must've made the game in a single day. Your game's judge also did not see strong evidence of "only one" being the primary theme of the game.

Developer

to note - the theme for the gmtk game jam was the same as the runner up for this: loop. I created the idea while voting was ongoing so that it would be applicable to both (I was in the middle of work). If you believe the game does not fit the theme, that’s fine ig, but the first point is incorrect.

This is a great game. I love the graphics and the music. The concept is good. It all fits together. I like the way your past lives remain and also have  to be pruned. I had no idea I was a clone.
