Good mix of purposefully bad game elements and legitimately charming art and music. Great work!

Nice twist! Loved the chill music and the joke that there was none haha

Awesome work! Really liked the stick figure characters! I'm a big rhythm game fan too so  was very happy with  the fakeout in this case!

I'd say the gameplay is good but could definitely be improved somewhat.  I think I did find my self looking pressing random buttons the entire fight rather looking for combos, as there wasn't actually that much incentive to beating people up 😅  I think  if there was a bit more structure to the gameplay it could really shine (or at least more reason to learn the combos!)

I'd say the Bar level was the hardest of the 3 as it was the most difficult rhythm-wise. I wonder whether that should be the final level rather than the first!?

Overall though I really like this one! Thanks for taking part  again!

The heartbeat bar's positioning seems to be a pretty common and fair complaint; I'll def fix it if I revisit this project. Thanks for the feedback, and hosting the jam!

This gave very strong 2000's flash game vibes which I love, but I admit with the nature of the game and the placement of the UI I was looking more at the top of the screen than I was at the fight. I also wasn't able to tell if there was a distinct win condition or if the fights just end after a certain point.

The use of stick figures and the type of gameplay definitely feel kinda SBIG, combined with the lack of menu options especially.

The controls didn't feel too bad on controller, though I admit from my comment earlier about being focused on the top of the screen I never really could figure out any combos.

Overall though I think this is a fitting entry for the jam, good work!

It's pretty interesting, rhythm games are super not my thing though so I struggled with it. I found it really hard to coordinate the fighting part (moving, choosing attacks) while keeping on beat. The use of stick figures and the overall style is very reminiscent of 2000s flash games, which I love.

This game has a charming artstyle and I loved the Rythm game twist. If there was one thing I would change, I would put the rythm gauge thingy on top of the player character rather than on top of the screen, but since this is SBIG, I'll let that slide. Otherwise I think this game is solid!

That's fair, even as the developer I find myself looking at the heartbeat bar about as much as I am looking at the fight itself, but yeah, game jam. Thanks for the feedback!
