2026年1月のJAWS-UG沖縄は 【AWS re:Invent 2025 re:Cap】を開催します！

詳細は未定ですが、発表されたサービスの振り返りや、きっと誰かがしてくれる参加レポート・お土産話大放出などなどを期待しております！

もちろん、全然関係ないネタも大歓迎、JAWS-UG沖縄恒例終わらないLTタイムも用意しますので、皆様ご準備の程よろしくお願いします。
今回は確実に喋りたい方用にLT参加枠も用意しました！

「AWS re:Invent の re:Cap」とは？

re:InventはAWSの年間を通して最大のイベントで、AWSユーザーが世界中から集まるデベロッパー向けのカンファレンスです。

今回の現地参加レポーターはまだ誰も確保していませんが、きっと誰かがいろんなお土産[話|ブツ]を持ってきてくれることと思います！

イベント後は、新年会を行います！AWSや技術の話を肴に、みんなで楽しく飲みましょう♪

AWSの最新情報をアップデートしたい皆様、単にお土産がほしい皆様、どなたでも構いません！是非足をお運びください。

参加対象者

• AWSの新サービスが出すぎてキャッチアップしたいけど全然出来ていないかた
• AWS触ったこと無いけど、最近良く聞くしどんなものか知りたいかた
• 米国で行われるイベントがどんな感じか、雰囲気を見てみたいかた

つまりAWSに興味があれば、どのような方でも構いません！

LTタイムもあります！

テーマはAWSに関することなら自由、時間も自由（一応時間は5分から15分程度で適当にw）、『最近AWSについてLTしてないな』というそこのあなたの鬱憤を晴らしてください！

申込時にLTやるぞ宣言するもよし、いつものように当日乱入するもよし、どなた様もとりあえず準備のほう、よろしくお願いします！

ビル正面玄関に入ると階段がありますので2階に上がっていただき、右手方向の自販機が設置されている前のドアよりご入場ください。

JAWS-UG Okinawa in January 2026 will host an “AWS re:Invent 2025 re:Cap”!

Details are still TBD, but we’re planning to look back at the new services announced at re:Invent, and we’re also counting on someone to bring their trip reports and all the fun stories (and souvenirs!) from the event.

Of course, completely unrelated topics are also welcome! We’ll have our traditional “never-ending LT session,” so please prepare your talks. This time, we’ve also added reserved LT slots for those who definitely want to present. We look forward to your participation!

Please note that the venue for this event is CBcloud Inc. in Ameku, Naha City.

What is an “AWS re:Invent re:Cap”?

AWS re:Invent is the largest annual AWS event—a global developer conference where AWS users from around the world gather.

We haven’t secured any on-site attendees yet, but surely someone will bring back plenty of stories and goodies!

After the event, we’ll have a New Year’s party! Let’s enjoy drinks together while chatting about AWS and technology.

Whether you want the latest AWS updates or just want some souvenirs, everyone is welcome. Please feel free to join us!

Who Should Attend

• Those who want to catch up with the flood of new AWS services but haven’t been able to keep up
• Those who have never used AWS but keep hearing about it and want to know what it’s like
• Those who are curious about what a major tech event in the U.S. feels like

In short—if you’re interested in AWS, anyone is welcome!

LT Session Included!

Any AWS-related topic is fine. The time limit is flexible (roughly 5 to 15 minutes, give or take). If you’ve been thinking, “I haven’t given an AWS LT in a while,” now’s your chance!

You can declare your LT when signing up, or—as usual—jump in on the day of the event. Either way, please prepare something!
