I'm finishing Experiment 2 as fast as I can. Proper crunch. Devouring nearly all my office/work hours on this. It feels crunchy and I'm nervous the cartoon will lack as a result, but thems the breaks. You want it fast or you want it good? we're going for fast, vroom. There are some redeeming features of this one, so it won't slide in like MC7.5 did, at the very least.

The way I see it, if anything steps in the way of making this cartoon complete and uploaded by the end of the year, I will endeavor to make it even longer. There's a chance the music won't get here in time but it's gotta be Cheshyre. If it comes to be that the audio hangs release, I will work on a scene I didn't think I had time for. I feel pretty good about the options and contingencies.

Been prototyping this and that in Blender and Unity a lot over the last couple years. We had a project we were keeping under wraps go so cold and dark that we're not sure if it'll be moving again, but it was fun to sharpen up. Exploring sculpting more deeply and using it in tandem with Substance Painter has been enlightening. It's maddening though, the more I learn the less good I am at any of it, which is consistent and pervasive and even unifying but worth mentioning. Also further pushing around Madness aesthetics within the 3d environment is wildly fun, there's something we can work with and that is exciting.
I have immense thanks for you guys and the support. The game is still selling and the makeship/shark robot runs have been an incredible way to cement the future of me producing madcom stuff, and I'm fucking thrilled to take it on. I just have to wrap all these soft brains of mine around the projects that lay before me. I think I can.
