Media Release: By checking in my child, I grant Life Source International Church, it’s representatives, and its employees the right to take photographs, video and/or electronic images of any member of my family in ministry environments. I authorize Life Source International Church to copyright, use, and punish the photographs, videos and/or electronic images in print or electronically - with or without names - for any lawful purpose to highlight or promote LSIC and KidLife. I waive any rights on compensation or ownership thereto.
