St. Augustine Retreat & Pilgrimage Advent 2025
Saint Theresa Parish and St. Timothy Church are taking a pilgrimage to St. Augustine on Saturday, December 20th of 2025. We will begin our day at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche, where we will explore the shrine grounds and have the opportunity to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Following our time at the shrine, we will enjoy a leisurely walk through the historic town of St. Augustine and take in its many sights. At 5:00 p.m., we will attend Mass at the Cathedral Basilica. We will conclude our day with dinner and a chance to experience the celebrated Night of Lights. Join us for a meaningful reflection on the season of Advent, while also enjoying the rich history and beauty that St. Augustine has to offer.

St. Theresa will be attending Rock the Universe alongside participants from Blessed Trinity, St. Timothy, and Trinity Catholic. Our group will meet at Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala at 3:00 PM. Transportation to the event in Orlando will be provided by bus, and we will return to Trinity Catholic by bus at approximately 2:00 AM.

Momentum EDGE Middle School Retreat
St. Theresa retreats are typically the highlight of students time in Youth Ministry. They are fun. They help students make new friends and they become fun and exciting weekends to jumpstart their life of faith. This Retreat Series ignites childlike faith in the lives of middle school youth. As middle schoolers grow, the adults around them increasingly instruct them to leave behind childish behaviors and thoughts. Yet , Jesus encourages all of us to retain a childlike heart. A mature Christian embraces trust with an open heart and strives to know God through a familial relationship: since God is our Father, we are always a child. Yet, being a child of God is anything but childish. And the love our heavenly Father lavishes is grater than anything else we can experience.

This is a Multi-Parish Retreat offered for the students in our Confirmation program. St. Theresa will be joining St. Mark, St. John the Baptist, and St. Timothy in going to Good Council Camp. We will be meeting at St. Mark at 8am. Transportation to and from the Camp site will be provided. The cost for this retreat is $45 and this includes transportation, camp fees and food.
