I receive my Device without any issue. There was slight delay. This is my second cellphone I bought from them.
My big issue currently with connected devices is that it is impossible to contact them. I'm in desperate need for my invoice to do my VAT claims. E-mails go unanswered for weeks and their number does not work. The message on the website of technical issues can't be that difficult to sort out. Put up a temporary cellphone number and contact your clients.

Don't bother ordering from this company, and if you do just read through the reviews from the past year on here and other platforms like Facebook and Hellopeter to know the battle you'll be getting in for.

For those that did not receive their refund after the claimed 10 working days I'd suggest getting in touch with a lawyer to recover your money. I'd also suggest opening a complaint with the NCC (can be done online) as they are violating the Consumer Protection Act. Once the NCC catches onto them they can be fined for any violations.

I was looking forward to buying a phone from them cause they they seemed genuine and had what I wanted but I won't suggest you buy from them, total rip off. I ordered a device back in July 2025, waited the 15-21 days for them to get the device after which I requested a refund. It's it's now the end of October countless emails some with no response or just BS stories. Not a place id recommend you to order from.begining to feel like a scam.feel robbed. Totally untrustworthy place.
